Classes

Your path to wellness is entirely up to you. Health Vitality offers a variety of ways to improve well-being, develop personal growth, and release stress. From weekly sessions, to monthly workshops, and special retreats, there are a range of programs designed to help along with your journey.

Sessions

Weekly sessions are available for anyone interested in one-time or regular classes. Traditional gatherings are welcome to all experience levels for 45-60 minute sessions in yoga, meditation, and/or breath work. Whether you are looking to strengthen, stretch, or restore, classes are available for whatever you need to feel good.

Classes are non-committal, meaning you can choose to partake in as little as one session, to as many that are available. Follow Health Vitality’s class schedule using the link below.

Workshops

Health Vitality has exciting new workshops every month, which are welcome to all, unless otherwise indicated. Previous topics have included: Superfoods 101, Hormone Health, and Achieving Mindfulness. Intended to introduce or develop concept of a specific subject, workshops create a safe space to discuss, learn, and apply new skills.

THIS MONTH: Kundalini & Ayurveda Workshop hosted by Pink Forest Projects. Join us for a virtual practice in foundations of kundalini to awaken our 10 bodies, while also exploring the benefits of various plants, spices, and oils. May 2nd 10:00am-12:30pm. Click below to register or find out more.

Retreats

Detox. Grow. Transform. Wellness retreats are intended to promote health and mindfulness. By stepping away from the day-to-day and focusing on the impact of your mental and emotional health, our goal is to improve your overall wellbeing. Together, we’ll develop ways achieve greater work/life balance, navigate life’s challenges, renew your own energy sources regularly.
