Writing Utensil
Candle + Cleansing smoke of choosing (Sage, Palo Santo, Copal, Frankincense …)
CLAIMING CEREMONY:
Write down what is it you are releasing, what are you done with?
Write down on another piece of paper, what is it that you want in your life instead. What do I want?
Claim what you’re done with by thanking it for the lessons and letting it go because its lessons are done.
Give your piece of paper to the elements. You can burn it, bury it, shred into many pieces and flush it. Caution when burning it.
